SR Auto Leasing operates as an independent lease brokerage. We connect clients with vehicles through our network of authorized dealerships. We are not a direct lender, dealer, or lessor. All lease agreements are executed between you and the financing entity or dealership.

Our Role

We provide:

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• • Review all lease documents carefully before signing
• • Maintain communication throughout the process

Pricing and Fees

All pricing provided is subject to credit approval and vehicle availability. Quotes are estimates until confirmed by the financing entity. Our brokerage fee, when applicable, will be disclosed prior to any commitment.

Credit Inquiries

Submitting a credit application authorizes us and our lending partners to obtain your credit report. This may result in a hard inquiry on your credit file. We will inform you before initiating any credit check.

No Guarantee

While we work to secure favorable terms, approval and final pricing depend on factors outside our control, including creditworthiness, lender criteria, and market conditions. We do not guarantee approval or specific terms.

Limitation of Liability

SR Auto Leasing is not liable for decisions made by lenders, delays caused by third parties, or vehicle issues after delivery. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
